Amsax designs and fabricates modular tank lines from corrosion resistant materials, focusing on tank integrity for long term service in industrial applications. Advanced design techniques are used when appropriate for the chemistry of each tank. Applications are as diverse as test line consoles to lines where individual tanks scale up to 20,000 gallons. Materials of construction match the application and include co-polymer polypropylene with encapsulated steel supports, stainless steel, polyethylene, PVC, CPVC, PVDF and exotic materials where warranted. When paired with our proprietary control system WinHoist®, an Amsax robotic tank line minimally doubles the speed of a normal automated line, and with significantly less room for human error.
